Information collected during ordinary visits
Public visitors are not required to create an account, post comments, make payments, or upload files. The editorial site does not intentionally build personal profiles of readers.
The hosting provider, content-delivery network, firewall, security tools, and web server may create technical logs when a page is requested. Depending on the provider, those records may include an IP address, time, requested URL, response status, browser or user-agent information, referring page, and security-event details. They may be used for site operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security.
Cookies and consent preferences
WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administrators and editors. Public visitors do not need a WordPress account. The site also uses a consent-preference tool that may store a necessary cookie recording the visitor’s choices.
At the time of this policy, the editorial site does not intentionally enable advertising or third-party analytics. The public consent panel should list any optional cookies that are actually active. When the plugin set or tracking configuration changes, this policy and the consent panel must be reviewed before the new feature is enabled.
WordPress administration

Site search
Search requests are processed by WordPress on the server. Search terms may appear in ordinary web-server or security logs. The publication does not intentionally send the search query to an external search provider.
Contact messages
An email sent to the editorial address contains the sender’s address and any information they choose to provide. Messages may be retained as reasonably needed to answer the request, document a correction, investigate abuse, or meet a legal obligation.
Do not send credentials, private keys, payment data, victim information, illegal material, or confidential source documents through the ordinary editorial mailbox.
Service submissions
A proposed public-interest service may include an organization name, first-party source, onion hostname, announcement date, purpose, and contact route. Submission does not guarantee publication. Editors should retain only the evidence needed to assess and document the record.
External links
Following an external link transfers the visitor to another operator with its own privacy and security practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern those external sites, including an onion service opened through Tor Browser.
Retention and access
Retention differs by data type and infrastructure provider. Editorial email and correction evidence are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose. Hosting, firewall, backup, and security-log retention may be controlled by the relevant service provider. Access should be limited to authorized administrators and providers with an operational need.
Security
The operator uses HTTPS for the clearnet website, limits WordPress administrative access, keeps software under review, and maintains backups. No website can promise absolute security, and a public onion or clearnet address should never be treated as a guarantee against compromise.
Privacy requests
A person may use [email protected] to ask about personal information they believe was submitted directly to the publication, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. The operator may need enough information to locate the relevant record and verify that the requester is entitled to act.
Policy changes
This policy is reviewed when the hosting, plugins, forms, analytics, consent system, public accounts, or editorial collection practices change. Material changes are dated and may be summarized in the change log.
